At Trinkly, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and terms. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your products.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India
- Shipping is available to all major cities, towns, and remote areas covered by our courier partners
- We do not offer international shipping at this time
- Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may experience extended delivery times
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping:
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹500
- Free shipping applies to all serviceable pin codes across India
Standard Shipping:
- Orders below ₹500 will incur standard shipping charges
- Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and cart value
- The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment
Express Shipping:
- Express shipping options may be available for select locations at an additional cost
- Express delivery timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout where available
3. Order Processing Time
- Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During sale periods, festivals, or promotional events, processing time may be slightly extended due to high order volumes
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched
Business Days:
- Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays
4. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Your delivery location (metro cities vs. remote areas)
- Local courier operations and schedules
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
- High-volume periods such as festivals or sales
Estimated Delivery by Location:
- Metro cities and major towns: 4–5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–6 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 6–7 business days or more
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number/AWB number
- Tracking link to monitor your shipment status
- You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided

6. Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided during checkout
- Typically, 2–3 delivery attempts will be made
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
Delivery Confirmation:
- Upon delivery, you or an authorized person at the delivery address will need to:
- Accept the package in person
- Provide a signature or OTP for delivery confirmation (where applicable)
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive the package
Package Inspection:
- We strongly recommend that you inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@trinkly.in or +91 84200 11700
- Once you accept delivery, it will be considered that the package was received in good condition
7. Failed Delivery and RTO (Return to Origin)
Failed Delivery:
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, or any other reason, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule delivery
- Please respond promptly to avoid further delays
Return to Origin (RTO):
- If the package is returned to us (RTO) due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Non-contactable recipient
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
- Alternatively, we can process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges and RTO fees
- In case of RTO, we will contact you to determine the next steps
To Avoid RTO:
- Ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete
- Be available to receive calls from our courier partner
- Respond promptly to delivery notifications
8. Undeliverable Locations
- Certain remote locations, restricted areas, or P.O. Box addresses may not be serviceable by our courier partners
- If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or process a full refund
9. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete street address with house/flat number
- Landmark (if applicable)
- City, state, and correct pin code
- Active contact number
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
- Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed
- If you need to modify your address, please contact us immediately at support@trinkly.in or +91 84200 11700 before the order is dispatched
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately
- If damage is discovered after accepting delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds Policy
Lost Shipments:
- In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately
- We will work with our courier partner to locate your package
- If the package cannot be located, we will either re-ship your order or process a full refund
11. Delays Due to Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or floods
- Political unrest, riots, or strikes
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Courier partner operational issues or disruptions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Any other force majeure events
In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you and expedite delivery as soon as possible.
12. Multiple Items in One Order
- If your order contains multiple items, we strive to ship all items together in a single package
- In some cases, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery
- If items are shipped separately, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments
13. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- International addresses (outside India)
- P.O. Box addresses (in most cases)
- Military or defense establishments (unless serviceable by courier partner)
- Certain restricted or sensitive locations as determined by our courier partners
14. Prepaid Orders Only
- We currently accept prepaid orders only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time
- All orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout using our secure payment gateway
15. Customs and Duties
- As we ship only within India, there are no customs duties or international taxes applicable
- All prices include applicable GST and taxes as per Indian regulations
