Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@trinkly.in.
• We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
