At Trinkly, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • Email support@trinkly.in with your order number to cancel
  • Full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour or once dispatched

Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or unserviceable locations. You will be notified immediately and receive a full refund within 5–7 working days.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items received during shipping
  • Wrong product delivered

Important: We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or color preferences.

Return Requirements:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the defect/damage, product tags, and packaging
  • Products must be unused, with tags intact and original packaging

Return Process:

  1. Submit return request with photos within 48 hours
  2. Await approval (typically within 24 hours)
  3. We arrange pickup or provide return address
  4. Quality check upon receipt (2–3 business days)
  5. Refund or replacement processed after approval

Non-Returnable:

  • Products used, worn, or altered
  • Tags removed or packaging damaged
  • Requests made after 48 hours
  • Non-defective items

3. Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • For cancellations, refunds initiated within 5–7 working days from cancellation confirmation
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Issued to original payment method only
  • Full refund for defective/damaged products or company cancellations
  • No cash or bank transfer refunds

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements available for defective/damaged products (subject to availability)
  • If unavailable, we offer a similar product or full refund
  • Replacement shipped within 3–5 business days after approval
  • No direct exchanges; return original and place new order for different variants

5. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Notify within 48 hours with photos
  • Free pickup and correct product delivery
  • Full refund if correct product unavailable

6. Payment Issues

Double Payment: Contact us immediately with transaction details. Refund processed within 7–10 working days after investigation.

Failed Transactions: Amount auto-refunded by bank within 5–7 working days. Contact us if not received.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report issues within 48 hours
  • Keep packaging and tags intact
  • Provide accurate information for returns
  • Respond promptly to our communications
